There are a lot of real estate agents in Wisconsin. We've dealt with a load of them over the past 30 years, building a large portfolio of residential rental properties, mostly in the Bay View area of Milwaukee. Both buying and eventually selling them as we divested of them to retire. In 2024, we were down to our last duplex and were selling it to a good friend.
