Kristel is a consummate professional. She loves what she does and it shows in the results that she gets. Her marketing strategy works. She builds up interest in the listing before it goes live on MLS. I had thought that I had vetted a previous realtor who owned rental properties. My sale was a non owner occupied rental. He lacked skills in making sure that all the details in the listing were followed, as a having an accurate narrative of the property. He actually forgot to include the pictures of the interiors of the units. Needless to say I asked that the listing with him be cancelled. Kristel's approach got five offers in two weeks. It wasn't exactly what we wanted for in terms of price but she did deliver in getting the property sold. I would recommend her to any one looking to work with a professional realtor who has attention to details. Selling real estate is not her hobby .
